Ingredients for serving

  • 100 g Chicken breast, low fat 1 x fillet (100g)
  • 28 g Cheese, swiss, low fat 1 x slice (1 oz) (28g)
  • 28 g Ham, sliced, regular .. 1 x slice (28g)
  • 28 g Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 1 x oz (28.35g)
  • 20 g Wheat flour, whole-grain, soft ..
  • 33 g Egg, white, raw, fresh 1 x large (33g)
  • 1 g Spices, thyme, dried 1 x tsp, ground (1.4g)
  • 0 g Spices, pepper, black 1 x dash (0.1g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)

Instructions

  • Slice the chicken fillet in the length to form sort of an envelope
  • Preheat the oven on 180C/350F and stuff the envelope with the cheese and the ham
  • Close the chicken fillet with a skewer
  • Rub the fillet with the flour, salt and pepper
  • Mix the thyme with the breadcrumbs on a plate and roll the fillet through the mixture
  • Put in the oven for about 50 minutes
