Ingredients for serving

  • 15 g Water 0.08 x serving (200g)
  • 112 g Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast 1 x 4 Oz (112g)
  • 5.6 g Vegetable oil 0.38 x tbsp (15g)
  • 26.6 g Onions, young green, tops only 0.38 x cup chopped (71g)
  • 1 g Sugars, granulated 0.25 x tsp (4g)
  • 0.3 g Spices, pepper, red or cayenne 0.25 x tsp (1g)
  • 9.6 g Cornstarch 0.08 x cup (128g)
  • 20 g Soy sauce made from soy and .. 1.25 x tbsp (16g)
  • 0.6 g Minced garlic 0.13 x 1 tsp (5g)
  • 6 g Vinegar, balsamic 0.38 x tbsp (0.6 oz)

Instructions

  • Cut chicken into cubes of 1 ½ inches. Transfer them into a plastic bag containing cornstarch and toss well.
  • Heat a little oil in a pan. Add garlic and chicken and stir-fry until they are lightly brown.
  • Now add soy sauce, water, sugar and vinegar. Cover the mixture and cook for a couple of minutes.
  • Add red pepper and green onions and continue to cook for another couple of minutes.
  • Serve the snack hot.
