Instructions

Cut chicken into cubes of 1 ½ inches. Transfer them into a plastic bag containing cornstarch and toss well.

Heat a little oil in a pan. Add garlic and chicken and stir-fry until they are lightly brown.

Now add soy sauce, water, sugar and vinegar. Cover the mixture and cook for a couple of minutes.

Add red pepper and green onions and continue to cook for another couple of minutes.

Serve the snack hot.
