Instructions
In a bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, paprika and cumin.
Cut lamb into 24 cubes (1-inch each). Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over lamb and then combine it with the yogurt mixture in a plastic bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least a few minutes.
Remove lamb and thread at least 3 pieces onto each of 8 skewers. Coat a grill pan with cooking spray and heat it to a desired temperature.
Place the skewers on the pan and cook until the lamb is cooked thoroughly. Remove the skewers from the pan and repeat the process with the remaining lamb pieces.
Serve the lamb kebabs with yogurt mixture.
