Instructions
Cut tofu slices in half diagonally. Place each slice in different layers on paper towels. Cover the slices on additional paper towels and keep them aside for a few minutes.
Mix rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, orange juice, orange zest and brown sugar in a pan. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the mixture becomes syrupy and thick.
Heat a little oil in a pan. Arrange tofu slices in it and saute until they become golden brown. Remove tofu slices from pan and pour vinegar mixture over them.
Sprinkle tofu slices with toasted sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately.
