  • 32 g Pork sausage, fresh, raw 0.67 x serving (48g)

Instructions

  • Cook the sausage until it turns brown.
  • In a bowl, mix eggs, salt, pepper and milk.
  • Pour the mixture in a pan and cook under medium heat.
  • Divide scrambled eggs, sausage, salsa and cheddar cheese evenly among tortillas, spooning out the mixture at the centre of each tortilla.
  • Roll tortillas up and serve hot.
