Ingredients for serving

  • 285 g Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
  • 13 g Vanilla extract 1 x tbsp (13g)
  • 21 g Honey 1 x tbsp (21g)
  • 1 g Nuts, walnuts, english
  • 1 g Spices, cinnamon, ground
  • 3 g Spices, allspice, ground 0.5 x tbsp (6g)
  • 75 g Granola 0.5 x cup (150g)
  • 123 g Pumpkin, canned, without salt 0.5 x cup (245g)
  • 31 g ISO LeanPro Vanilla Protein 1 x scoop (31g)

Instructions

  • Add pumpkin, Greek yogurt, spices and vanilla extract into a bowl. Mix all the ingredients until a consistent mixture is obtained
  • Once the desired mixture is obtained, top it with granola. You can also top it with your favorite seeds or nuts.
