Instructions

Preheat the oven to 250F or 120C

Pour water and honey in a pan, and heat up (don't cook)

Mix/beat the egg whites until foamy and stiff (you should be able to keep the bowl upside down without the egg whites coming loose)

Pour the water-honey mixture into the bowl with the egg whites and add the vanilla extract

Mix again for two minutes, spoon heaps of the mixture onto a baking sheet

Place in the oven for 75 minutes, first cool down before eating!
