Ingredients for serving

  • 8.3 g Egg, white, raw, fresh 0.25 x large (33g)
  • 5.3 g Honey 0.02 x cup (339g)
  • 0.3 g Vanilla extract 0.06 x tsp (4.2g)
  • 4.2 g Water 0.02 x 1 cup (224g)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 250F or 120C
  • Pour water and honey in a pan, and heat up (don't cook)
  • Mix/beat the egg whites until foamy and stiff (you should be able to keep the bowl upside down without the egg whites coming loose)
  • Pour the water-honey mixture into the bowl with the egg whites and add the vanilla extract
  • Mix again for two minutes, spoon heaps of the mixture onto a baking sheet
  • Place in the oven for 75 minutes, first cool down before eating!
