Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degree F. Arrange a baking tray by lining baking paper on it.
Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, Italian spices, pepper, balsamic vinegar, salt and rosemary.
Wipe the mushrooms with kitchen towel and soak in the marinade. Toss well to coat with the marinade and arrange in the baking tray one by one, top side down.
Bake in the oven until soft and brown for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and enjoy.
