Ingredients for serving

  • 192 g Mushrooms, white, raw 2 x cup, whole (96g)
  • 5 g Vinegar, balsamic 1 x tsp (5.3g)
  • 3 g Spices, rosemary, dried 1 x tbsp (3.3g)
  • 1 g Spices, italian style
  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 4 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 1 x tsp (4.5g)
  • 6 g Spices, pepper, black 1 x tbsp (6.4g)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degree F. Arrange a baking tray by lining baking paper on it.
  • Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, Italian spices, pepper, balsamic vinegar, salt and rosemary.
  • Wipe the mushrooms with kitchen towel and soak in the marinade. Toss well to coat with the marinade and arrange in the baking tray one by one, top side down.
  • Bake in the oven until soft and brown for about 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and enjoy.
