Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 375 degree F.

Add paprika, onion powder, thyme, rosemary and salt in a mixing bowl.

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them length wise.

Rub seasoning on the sweet potatoes.

Spray some olive oil on them.

Arrange them on a baking tray and bake until tender.

Baking depends on the size of the sweet potatoes; it may take up to 40 minutes.
