Post – Workout Sweet Potato Snacks

Ingredients for serving

  • 100 g Sweet potato, raw, whole 100 x whole (1g)
  • 1 g Spices, rosemary, dried
  • 1 g Spices, thyme, dried 1 x tsp, leaves (1g)
  • 1 g Spices, onion powder
  • 1 g Salt, table
  • 4 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 1 x tsp (4.5g)
  • 2 g Spices, paprika 1 x tsp (2.3g)

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degree F.
  • Add paprika, onion powder, thyme, rosemary and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them length wise.
  • Rub seasoning on the sweet potatoes.
  • Spray some olive oil on them.
  • Arrange them on a baking tray and bake until tender.
  • Baking depends on the size of the sweet potatoes; it may take up to 40 minutes.
