Ingredients for serving

  • 16.7 g Jicama 0.17 x piece (100g)
  • 0.8 g Spices, pepper, red or cayenne 0.17 x tbsp (5.3g)
  • 14.7 g Lime juice, raw 0.33 x lime yields (44g)

Instructions

  • Take a fresh Jicama and peel it off completely
  • Then cut Jicama into ‘French-fry like’ sticks
  • Place the Jicama sticks in a medium size bowl and add cayenne pepper and lime juice into it.
  • Toss the ingredients before serving
