Instructions

Preheat the oven on 400F (200C)

Grind the oats until powder with a kitchen machine or blender

Zest the peel of the lemon and add to the oats

Add soy protein, baking soda, salt and mix

In another bowl crack the eggs, add the honey, water and lemon juice from 1 lemon

Mash the apple in your kitchen machine or blender and at to the bowl

Mix thoroughly

Add the liquids to the oats mixture and mix again

Spray in a cake batter with anti sticking spray and fill with the mixture

Leave in the oven for about 40 minutes (keep an eye on it, some ovens are more powerful than others ;)

Wait till it cold and serve!
