Ingredients for serving

  • 6.2 g Crushed Peanuts 0.17 x tbsp (37.5g)
  • 3.3 g Almond Nut 0.33 x gram (10g)
  • 7.2 g Raisins, seedless 0.17 x small box (1.5 oz) (43g)
  • 4.7 g Seeds, sunflower seed kernels, .. 0.17 x oz (28.35g)
  • 20.5 g Nuts, pistachio nuts, dry .. 0.17 x cup (123g)
  • 10.7 g Seeds, pumpkin and squash seeds,.. 0.17 x cup (64g)
  • 3.7 g Syrups, corn, light 0.17 x tbsp (22g)
  • 4.7 g Cereals, oats, instant, .. 0.17 x packet (28g)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degree Fahrenheit.
  • Take a baking dish and spread foil at the bottom and side of the dish, grease with oil.
  • Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add syrup and mix well.
  • Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish.
  • Press down firmly from all side.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until brown.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes before cutting the bars according to your desired size.
  • Let it cool completely before removing the bars from the pan.
  • Store in an air tight container.
