Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325 degree Fahrenheit.

Take a baking dish and spread foil at the bottom and side of the dish, grease with oil.

Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add syrup and mix well.

Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish.

Press down firmly from all side.

Bake for 30 minutes or until brown.

Let it cool for 10 minutes before cutting the bars according to your desired size.

Let it cool completely before removing the bars from the pan.

Store in an air tight container.
