Homemade Protein Balls

Ingredients for serving

  • 31.2 g Oats 0.2 x cup (156g)
  • 25.8 g Peanut butter, smooth style, .. 0.1 x cup (258g)
  • 21 g Vanilla Protein Powder 1 x scoop (21g)
  • 17.2 g Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 0.2 x cup (86g)
  • 3 g Hershey's Dark Chocolate Chips 0.2 x 1 tbsp (15g)
  • 10 g Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% ..
  • 5.7 g Nuts, coconut meat, dried .. 0.2 x oz (28.35g)

Instructions

  • Take a large bowl and combine all the ingredients except desiccated coconut and milk.
  • Add milk little by little while stirring with a spoon to make thick dough (add sweetener at this stage if using).
  • Sprinkle grated coconut on a plate and set aside.
  • Now apply little oil to you palm (otherwise it will stick to your hands) and make 2 inch diameter balls with the mixture.
  • Roll the protein balls in the grated coconut for the final step.
  • Repeat the steps with all the mixture to make protein balls.
  • Once finished store them in fridge to set.
