Ingredients for serving

  • 38 g Granola 0.25 x cup (150g)
  • 14 g Brown Sugar 1 x tbsp (14.3g)
  • 255 g Strawberries, frozen, sweetened,.. 1 x cup, thawed (255g)
  • 245 g Yogurt, plain, low fat, 12 grams.. 1 x cup (8 fl oz) (245g)
  • 21 g Vanilla Protein Powder 1 x scoop (21g)

Instructions

  • Take a medium sized dish and put yogurt in it.
  • Then add protein powder and granola
  • Mix all the ingredients well along with brown sugar
  • Top up the mixture with strawberries and serve
