Instructions

Set the oven temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Spray baking cups with nonstick spray.

Slice green onions and dice ham and green pepper. Add green onions, green pepper, cheese and ham into each cup.

Break eggs into a large bowl. Add spike seasoning and mix well.

Now pour the egg mixture over other ingredients already present in muffin cups and make it nearly full.

Take a spoon and gently stir in the ingredients in the cup.

Bake for half hour or until the egg mixture is perfectly cooked.
