Egg Muffins with Ham, Cheese, and Green Bell Pepper

Ingredients for serving

  • 23 g Turkey ham, sliced, extra lean, .. 0.17 x cup pieces (138g)
  • 110 g Egg white beaten 2 x piece (55g)
  • 9.4 g Cheese, low fat, cheddar or .. 0.08 x cup, shredded (113g)
  • 0.7 g Spike seasoning 0.17 x 1 tsp (4g)
  • 4 g Onions, young green, tops only 0.33 x stalk (12g)
  • 8.3 g Bell pepper (green/yellow/red) 0.08 x unit (100g)

Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Spray baking cups with nonstick spray.
  • Slice green onions and dice ham and green pepper. Add green onions, green pepper, cheese and ham into each cup.
  • Break eggs into a large bowl. Add spike seasoning and mix well.
  • Now pour the egg mixture over other ingredients already present in muffin cups and make it nearly full.
  • Take a spoon and gently stir in the ingredients in the cup.
  • Bake for half hour or until the egg mixture is perfectly cooked.
  • Serve immediately.
