Ingredients for serving

  • 11.8 g Dates, deglet noor 0.08 x cup, chopped (147g)
  • 6.8 g Honey 0.02 x cup (339g)
  • 20.3 g Oats 0.13 x cup (156g)
  • 0.9 g Natural Peanut Butter 0.02 x cup (43g)
  • 11.5 g Nuts, mixed nuts, oil roasted, .. 0.08 x cup (144g)

Instructions

  • Soak your Dates in Warm Water for about 10 minutes.
  • Put the dates in Food Processor until they are completely chopped up.
  • Optional: If you like a toasted flavor for your oats, put them in an oven for about 15-minutes (350 degrees)
  • Warm the peanut butter and honey in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • Combine the oats, dates, nuts in a bowl, pour the honey-mixture in and thoroughly mix.
  • Put the mixture in a square baking dish and press down until flattened.
  • Cover with a plastic wrap and let it set in the fridge.
