Instructions

Boil the sweet potato in water for 6-7 minutes until soft and tender.

Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into big cubes or as you desire.

Combine flour and salt in a bowl.

Mix bread crumbs and paprika in another bowl.

Beat the eggs in the third bowl.

Roll sweet Potato cubes in plain flour, coat it well, then dip into the eggs mixture and then roll into the bread crumbs mixture. Keep aside.

Heat oil in a skillet for deep frying.

Fry these potato nuggets for 2 to 3 minutes or golden brown.

Serve hot with Greek yogrut dip.
