Ingredients for serving

  • 40 g Baking Mix 0.33 x cup (120g)
  • 9.3 g Oil, vegetable, Natreon canola, .. 0.67 x tbsp (14g)
  • 18.3 g Egg white beaten 0.33 x piece (55g)
  • 94.7 g Minced clam

Instructions

  • First, drain the clams
  • Take a medium bowl; add clams, baking mix and 1 beaten egg. Mix well.
  • Take a skillet and heat some oil in it. Then add clams and allow them to fry until they turn golden brown.
  • Use paper towels for draining excess oil
  • Serve hot
