Ingredients for serving

  • 0.1 g Salt, table 0.25 x dash (0.4g)
  • 0 g Spices, pepper, black 0.25 x dash (0.1g)
  • 2.5 g Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, .. 0.5 x tbsp (5g)
  • 10.5 g Chicken breast, oven-roasted, .. 0.25 x serving 2 slices (42g)
  • 8.5 g Salad dressing, caesar, fat-free 0.25 x tbsp (1 NLEA serving) (34g)
  • 85 g Whole grain Pita 1 x 1 piece (85g)

Instructions

  • After removing pita from package, warm it following directions as provided on back of package.
  • Now cut each pita into half so that 8 small pockets are formed.
  • Add Caesar salad into each pocket and then top it with shredded parmesan cheese and sliced chicken.
  • Season it according to taste.
  • Serve immediately.
