Broiled Buffalo Wings

Ingredients for serving

  • 224.8 g chicken wings 7.75 x 1 Wing (29g)
  • 48 g Celery, raw 0.75 x stalk, large (11"-12" long) (64g)
  • 14.9 g CAMPBELL'S Low Sodium Soups, .. 0.05 x serving 1 container (298g)
  • 3.8 g Lemon juice, raw 0.13 x fl oz (30.5g)
  • 7.5 g Cheese dip blue 0.25 x 2 tbsp (30g)
  • 3.1 g Cayenne Pepper Sauce 0.06 x 1 cup (50g)

Instructions

  • First, place the chicken wings in a large pot. Then cover the chicken wings with water for about 2 inches.
  • Now boil the chicken wings. Then drain out the water.
  • Take a small bowl. Mix chicken broth, lemon juice and the cayenne pepper sauce in it.
  • Now transfer the chicken wings on to the pan and heat it for a few minutes or until the skin turns brown. Then turn over the wings and continue cooking for a few more minutes.
  • Now place the chicken wings over a baking sheet and drizzle the remaining sauce over it.
  • Then place the chicken back on to the pan and continue to cook it for a minute.
  • Use blue cheese dip, celery sticks and hot sauce while serving with broiled Buffalo wings.
