Ingredients for serving

  • 1 g Whole wheat Canapes 1 x piece (1g)
  • 130 g Bush's Best, Black Beans 1 x 1/2 cup (130g)
  • 146 g Avocados, raw, all commercial .. 1 x cup, sliced (146g)
  • 14 g Peppers, jalapeno, raw 1 x pepper (14g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 2 g Spices, pepper, black 1 x tsp (2.1g)
  • 30 g Lemon juice, raw 1 x fl oz (30.5g)
  • 1 g Tomato sauce, canned, no salt ..

Instructions

  • Cook the black beans until soft; you can also use any leftover boiled black beans for this recipe.
  • Peel and chop the avocado and jalapeno for the salad.
  • Take a big bowl and mix black beans, avocado, jalapeno, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
  • Arrange the canapes in a try and spoon the salad filling in the canapes.
  • Serve with tomato sauce.
