Ingredients for serving

  • 31.2 g Oats 0.2 x cup (156g)
  • 3.2 g Nuts, almonds 0.03 x cup, slivered (108g)
  • 1.2 g Cranberries, dried, sweetened 0.03 x cup (40g)
  • 0.3 g Spices, cinnamon, ground 0.1 x tsp (2.6g)
  • 7.7 g Peanut butter, smooth style, .. 0.03 x cup (258g)
  • 10.2 g Honey 0.03 x cup (339g)
  • 7.2 g Almond Milk, Original, .. 0.03 x 1 cup (240g)
  • 6 g Apple sauce, puree of apples, ..
  • 3.5 g Chocolate, dark, 70-85% cacao ..

Instructions

  • Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
  • Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl and microwave at 15 second bursts until all melted. Stir until combined.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients and place into a lightly greased glass dish or Tupperware container.
  • Refrigerate for a least 20 minutes, then slice into individual servings.
