Instructions

Take a large bowl and mix all ingredients – oats, cinnamon, protein and walnuts

Take another bowl and add egg whites, mash bananas and vanilla. Mix them together

Now pour this mixture into the bowl containing dry ingredients. Mix well

Transfer a scoop of this mixture on to a Pyrex dish. Bake it for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
