Ingredients for serving

  • 39.3 g Bananas, raw 0.33 x medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (118g)
  • 39.3 g Oatmeal
  • 14.7 g Egg, white, raw, fresh 0.44 x large (33g)
  • 11.7 g Vanilla Protein Powder 0.56 x scoop (21g)
  • 1.4 g Vanilla extract 0.11 x tbsp (13g)
  • 0.8 g Spices, cinnamon, ground 0.11 x tbsp (7.8g)
  • 6.6 g Nuts, walnuts, english 0.06 x cup, chopped (117g)

Instructions

  • Take a large bowl and mix all ingredients – oats, cinnamon, protein and walnuts
  • Take another bowl and add egg whites, mash bananas and vanilla. Mix them together
  • Now pour this mixture into the bowl containing dry ingredients. Mix well
  • Transfer a scoop of this mixture on to a Pyrex dish. Bake it for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
