Instructions
Cut the chicken breast into small bit size pieces.
Prepare the marinade by whisking together – garlic powder, ginger paste, cayenne pepper powder, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, red food color and salt.
Marinade the chicken pieces in spice mix and refrigerate over night for better result.
Preheat the oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit and prepare the baking tray by greasing it with non stick oil.
Remove the chicken pieces from the marinade and place in the baking tray; spray some olive oil over it.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve baked chicken pieces.
