Bacon Wapped Asparagus And Bell Pepper

Ingredients for serving

  • 52 g Bacon, pre-sliced, reduced/low .. 2 x slice (0.9 oz)
  • 12 g Asparagus, raw 1 x spear, small (5" long or less) (0.4 oz)
  • 80 g Bell pepper (green/yellow/red) 1 x medium (2.8 oz)

Instructions

  • Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  • Wash and trim the asparagus into 4 inch sticks.
  • Cut the bell peppers into long and 1 cm thick slices.
  • Make a bunch of 2 asparagus, 2 green bell peppers and 2 red bell peppers.
  • Now wrap the bacon around the vegetables and secure with a toothpick. Prepare the vegetable bunch in the same manner with other bacons.
  • Place the vegetable bunch on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove to a paper towel to drain oil.
  • Serve immediately.
