Almond Flour Protein Bars

Ingredients for serving

  • 15 g Almond Flour 0.5 x tbsp (30g)
  • 16 g Peanut butter, smooth style, .. 0.5 x tbsp (32g)
  • 10.5 g Honey 0.5 x tbsp (21g)
  • 21 g Vanilla Protein Powder 1 x scoop (21g)

Instructions

  • Mix almond flour and protein powder together.
  • Melt the peanut butter and whisk together peanut butter and honey until incorporated.
  • Add to the almond flour mixture and knead to form stiff dough (if the dough is too wet add some more almond flour or if it seems too dry add one teaspoon water at a time knead again).
  • When the dough is very stiff like modeling clay, shape it into a bar.
  • Store them into a cool and dry place.
