Ingredients for serving

  • 100 g Whole Wheat Pasta 1 x unit (100g)
  • 78 g Edamame, frozen, prepared 0.5 x cup (155g)
  • 90 g Spinach, cooked, boiled, .. 0.5 x cup (180g)
  • 1 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking
  • 10 g Onions, raw 1 x tbsp chopped (10g)
  • 1 g Spices, oregano, dried 1 x tsp, ground (1.8g)
  • 7 g chopped Garlic 1 x tbsp (7.15g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 2 g Spices, chili powder 1 x tsp (2.7g)
  • 2 g Spices, basil, dried 1 x tbsp, leaves (2.1g)
  • 30 g Lemon juice, raw 1 x fl oz (30.5g)
  • 2 g Spices, pepper, black 1 x tsp, ground (2.3g)

Instructions

  • Prepare the pasta as per package instructions, drain and reserve for later use.
  • Meanwhile steam the edamame beans until soft.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour little olive oil to it.
  • Once the oil is hot add onion, garlic and cook until translucent.
  • Add edamame beans and spinach cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring.
  • Add cooked pasta, basil, oregano, lemon juice, chili flacks, salt and pepper mix well to combine all. Cook until all the liquid is evaporated.
  • Remove from the heat and serve hot.
