Ingredients for serving

  • 86 g Fish, tuna, white, canned in .. 0.5 x can (172g)
  • 91 g Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year .. 0.5 x large whole (3" dia) (182g)
  • 25 g Egg, whole, boiled 0.25 x unit (100g)
  • 15 g Onion, red, raw 0.15 x 100g
  • 17 g Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat 0.1 x container (170g)
  • 49 g Tortillas, ready-to-bake or .. 1 x tortilla (49g)
  • 6.5 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 0.5 x tablespoon (13.5g)
  • 15 g Spinach, raw 0.5 x cup (30g)

Instructions

  • Dice the tomato and onion and mis together with the olive oil, some salt and pepper and the greek yoghurt
