Tuna Feta Salad

Ingredients for serving

  • 100 g Whole Wheat Pasta 1 x 100g
  • 74.5 g Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year .. 0.5 x cup cherry tomatoes (149g)
  • 75 g Fish, tuna, white, canned in .. 0.75 x 100g
  • 1.5 g Basil, fresh 0.25 x cup leaves, whole (6g)
  • 28.5 g Cheese, feta 0.75 x wedge (1.33 oz) (38g)
  • 10 g Olives, ripe, canned .. 1.25 x tbsp (8.4g)
  • 3.3 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 0.25 x tablespoon (13.5g)

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta with some salt as it says on the package and leave it to cool off
  • Mash the tuna with a fork
  • Cut the tomatoes and olives in halves, chop the basil, dice the feta
  • Mix all the ingredients with a tbsp of olive oil
  • Enjoy!
