Instructions

Prepare the noodles per the package instruction, drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, combine the tuna chunks with teriyaki sauce and lemon juice, toss well and set aside.

Heat a large deep pan over medium heat, add oil and cook garlic and shallots for two minutes. Add tuna stir and cook for 1 minute.

Add chopped vegetables and cook further until vegetables are tender.

Add noodles, water and coriander leaves stir and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve warm.
