Tuna And Noodles In Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients for serving

  • 85 g Fish, tuna, fresh, skipjack, raw 1 x oz (3 oz)
  • 14.2 g Rice noodles, cooked 0.5 x ounce (oz)
  • 10 g Spinach, raw 1 x leaf (0.4 oz)
  • 14.2 g Bell pepper (green/yellow/red) 0.5 x ounce (oz)
  • 4 g Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw 1 x cup (0.1 oz)
  • 14.2 g Sauce, teriyaki, ready-to-serve,.. 0.5 x ounce (oz)
  • 4.5 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 1 x tsp (0.2 oz)
  • 14.2 g Shallots, raw 0.5 x ounce (oz)
  • 28.4 g Water 1 x ounce (oz)
  • 14.2 g Lemon, juice, fruit, raw, citrus 0.5 x ounce (oz)
  • 3 g Garlic, raw 1 x clove (0.1 oz)

Instructions

  • Prepare the noodles per the package instruction, drain and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, combine the tuna chunks with teriyaki sauce and lemon juice, toss well and set aside.
  • Heat a large deep pan over medium heat, add oil and cook garlic and shallots for two minutes. Add tuna stir and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add chopped vegetables and cook further until vegetables are tender.
  • Add noodles, water and coriander leaves stir and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve warm.
