Instructions
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and onion and cook until the onion is translucent.
Add tomatoes and chicken broth and continue to cook until the mixture comes to a boil.
Now add the tortellini cheese and continue to cook as per the procedure mentioned on the packet label. When tortellini cheese is sufficiently cooked, add spinach. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper, according to taste.
Just before serving hot, garnish the dish with parmesan cheese.
