  • 4.2 g Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, .. 0.04 x cup (100g)
  • 28.5 g Ahold Tortellini Cheese 0.25 x serving (114g)
  • 65.5 g Tomatoes, crushed, canned 0.54 x cup (121g)

Instructions

  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and onion and cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Add tomatoes and chicken broth and continue to cook until the mixture comes to a boil.
  • Now add the tortellini cheese and continue to cook as per the procedure mentioned on the packet label. When tortellini cheese is sufficiently cooked, add spinach. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper, according to taste.
  • Just before serving hot, garnish the dish with parmesan cheese.
