Thai Style Shrimp In Coconut Gravy

Ingredients for serving

  • 84 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 x cup (84g)
  • 30 g Nuts, coconut milk, canned .. 2 x tbsp (15g)
  • 1 g Spices, ginger, ground 1 x tsp (1.8g)
  • 7 g chopped Garlic 1 x tbsp (7.15g)
  • 50 g Thai Seasoning 1 x 1 Packet (50g)
  • 30 g Lemon juice, raw 1 x fl oz (30.5g)
  • 4 g Oil, coconut 1 x tsp (4.5g)
  • 6 g Onions, young green, tops only 1 x tbsp (6g)
  • 1 g Sauce, fish, ready-to-serve
  • 15 g Thai red curry paste 1 x tbsp (15g)

Instructions

  • Heat oil to skillet over medium heat, add ginger, garlic and Thai seasoning, stir and cook until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes.
  • Add coconut milk, Thai curry paste, lime juice and fish sauce. Stir and cook until shrimps are cooked thoroughly, for about 5 minutes.
  • When the shrimps are ready sprinkle chopped green onions.
  • Serve hot.
