Instructions

Preheat the oven to 300 degree Fahrenheit. Prick the sweet potato with fork from all sides.

Put the whole sweet potato in the oven and bake until soft from inside.

Meanwhile mix tuna with cheese, cucumber, onion, salt and pepper.

When the sweet potato is baked remove from the oven and slit lengthwise.

Fill the tuna mixture into the sweet potato up to top.

Serve immediately.
