Instructions

Cut the chunks of boneless chicken and then season them with salt and pepper.

Coat the chicken chunks with beaten egg and then in cornstarch.

Pan fry the chicken chunks in oil until they are lightly golden brown.

Then arrange the chicken chunks in a single layer in a baking dish.

To prepare sauce, mix sugar, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic salt in a bowl and combine well.

Pour the sauce over chicken and bake for at least an hour.
