  • 27.5 g Egg white beaten 0.5 x piece (55g)
  • 112 g Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast 1 x 4 Oz (112g)
  • 37.5 g Sugars, granulated 0.19 x cup (200g)
  • 0.1 g Salt, table 0.25 x dash (0.4g)
  • 0 g Spices, pepper, black 0.25 x dash (0.1g)
  • 32 g Cornstarch 0.25 x cup (128g)
  • 2.4 g Spices, garlic powder 0.25 x tbsp (9.7g)
  • 13.5 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 0.06 x cup (216g)
  • 4.5 g Soy sauce made from soy (tamari) 0.25 x tbsp (18g)
  • 29.9 g Vinegar, cider 0.13 x cup (239g)
  • 14.1 g Ketchup 0.06 x cup (225g)

Instructions

  • Cut the chunks of boneless chicken and then season them with salt and pepper.
  • Coat the chicken chunks with beaten egg and then in cornstarch.
  • Pan fry the chicken chunks in oil until they are lightly golden brown.
  • Then arrange the chicken chunks in a single layer in a baking dish.
  • To prepare sauce, mix sugar, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic salt in a bowl and combine well.
  • Pour the sauce over chicken and bake for at least an hour.
  • Serve immediately.
