Ingredients for serving

  • 0 g Spices, pepper, black 0.13 x dash (0g)
  • 2.3 g Garlic, raw 0.25 x cloves (9g)
  • 223.5 g CAMPBELL'S Low Sodium Soups, .. 0.75 x serving 1 container (298g)
  • 39.8 g Broccoli, raw 0.44 x cup chopped (91g)
  • 5.2 g Semolina, enriched 0.03 x cup (167g)
  • 18.8 g Egg, whole, raw, fresh 0.38 x large (50g)
  • 7 g Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, .. 0.25 x oz (28g)

Instructions

  • In a pan, bring garlic and chicken broth to a simmer. Cover the mixture and cook for at least 10 minutes. Remove garlic and keep aside half portion of broth aside for other use.
  • Add salt according to taste.
  • In a bowl, add beaten eggs, Parmesan cheese, the semolina and the remaining chicken broth.
  • Add broccoli to the chicken broth mixture and simmer until it becomes tender. Now, slowly pour the egg mixture. Turn off heat and keep stirring gently for a few minutes. Add black pepper according to taste.
  • Serve hot.
