Steamed Salmon Over A Bed Of Greens

Ingredients for serving

  • 198 g Fish, salmon, Atlantic, wild, .. 1 x fillet (198g)
  • 50 g Mixed Salad Greens 1 x cup (50g)
  • 30.5 g Lemon juice, raw 1 x fl oz (30.5g)
  • 0.4 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 2.3 g Spices, pepper, black 1 x tsp, ground (2.3g)
  • 182 g Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year .. 1 x large whole (3" dia) (182g)

Instructions

  • Boil water and place the fillet in the steamer basket and close the lid.
  • Let it steam for 5 minutes and check, if no longer pink from the center then it’s done.
  • Meanwhile roughly chop the salad leaves and arrange on a serving plate.
  • Place diced tomatoes on the salad and top with steam fillet.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper and lemon juice and serve immediately.
