Instructions

Cook the noodles according to instructions on the pack. When done, rinse the noodles with cold water.

Slice the chicken. Heat the oil in a frying pan and bake the chicken 5-6 minutes until done. Add salt and pepper according to taste.

Dressing: Squeeze the lemons. Mix the lemon juice with the soy sauce and chili sauce in bowl. Squeeze the garlic above it.

Slice the cucumber in ribbons and mix it with the spinach.

Mix the vegetables, noodles and dressing. Serve the chicken on top.
