  • 123 g Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year .. 1 x medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (123g)
  • 100 g Whole Wheat Pasta 1 x unit (100g)
  • 66.7 g Smoked chicken breast 0.67 x unit (100g)

Instructions

  • Heat up a large skillet and add some oil
