Instructions

Boil water, when cooking add the eggs and boil for 8 minutes depending how you like your eggs.

Boil the spinach for around 5 minutes. Add some salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the tartare with salt and pepper, and form into patties.

Heat up a pan and grill the patties for a couple of minutes until done.
