Simple Protein Spinach Dish

Ingredients for serving

  • 300 g Spinach, raw
  • 100 g Egg, whole, raw, fresh 2 x large (50g)
  • 210 g Steak Tartare (chopped steak) 3 x patty (70g)
  • 0 g Spices, pepper, black 2 x dash (0.1g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 2 x dash (0.4g)

Instructions

  • Boil water, when cooking add the eggs and boil for 8 minutes depending how you like your eggs.
  • Boil the spinach for around 5 minutes. Add some salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix the tartare with salt and pepper, and form into patties.
  • Heat up a pan and grill the patties for a couple of minutes until done.
