Instructions
After trimming out the fennel’s outer leaves, discard stalks.
Now cut the bulbs vertically whilst eliminating core. Cut each half of these bulbs crosswise so that thin slices of ¼-inch are formed.
Now place a skillet over medium heat and gently heat some oil in it. Then add onion and fennel into it and cook for a few minutes or until it gets browned slightly.
Then reduce the heat and add shrimps along with all the other ingredients.
Stir the above ingredients slowly so that they are uniformly heated.
Serve hot.
