Shrimp and Spinach Soup

Ingredients for serving

  • 10 g Spinach, raw 0.33 x cup (30g)
  • 77 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined 0.92 x cup (84g)
  • 58.8 g SWANSON BROTH, Vegetable Broth 0.25 x cup (235g)
  • 16.7 g Water 0.08 x serving (200g)
  • 5.3 g Soy sauce made from soy and .. 0.33 x tbsp (16g)
  • 10 g Mirin Sauce 0.17 x 60 ml (60g)
  • 3.3 g Fresh ginger 0.67 x tsp (5g)

Instructions

  • Mix Mirin sauce, water, ginger, vegetable broth and soy sauce in a pan. Cover the mixture and simmer until the mixture is reduced to half.
  • Add shrimp. Cover the mixture again and continue to cook till shrimp are done. Add spinach and cook for a couple of more minutes, whilst stirring regularly.
  • Serve hot.
