Instructions
Mix Mirin sauce, water, ginger, vegetable broth and soy sauce in a pan. Cover the mixture and simmer until the mixture is reduced to half.
Add shrimp. Cover the mixture again and continue to cook till shrimp are done. Add spinach and cook for a couple of more minutes, whilst stirring regularly.
Serve hot.
