Instructions

Slice the steak thinly and place in a bowl. Add the sesame seeds, half of the oil, soy and honey, mix well. Set aside for about 30 minutes.

Heat the remaining oil to a wok and sauté garlic, ginger and chili for 1 minute.

Add the baby corns and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the beef along with the marinade. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from the heat, sprinkle with some parsley and green onions.

Serve hot along with some steamed rice.
