Instructions
Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.
Mix salt and cumin in a bowl and sprinkle evenly over pork. Add pork to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes on both sides. Keep it aside for a few minutes and then cut it into thin slices.
Hollow out the bottom and top halves of bread, making sure to leave ¾-inch thick shell. Reserve the remaining portion of bread for another use.
Now arrange the cut portion of bread, cut sides up, on a baking tray. Bake the bread until it is golden brown.
In a bowl, add salsa and beans. Smash them until you get a smooth mixture. Spoon out the mixture into the bottom half of baguette. Then top it with cheese, pork, avocado, jalapeno, tomato, onion and top half of baguette. Cut into 4 piece and serve hot.
