Roasted Vegetable Sandwiches

Ingredients for serving

  • 0.8 g Garlic, raw 0.25 x clove (3g)
  • 5 g Plain Butter 0.5 x slice (10g)
  • 80 g French Hamburger 1 x 1 bun (80g)
  • 0.3 g Italian Seasoning 0.06 x tsp (5g)
  • 60 g Roasted Summer Vegetables 1 x 1 serving (60g)
  • 5.3 g Mayonnaise, low sodium, low .. 0.38 x tbsp (14g)
  • 28 g Cheese, provolone, reduced fat 1 x slice (28g)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix butter, Italian seasoning and garlic.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on cut sides of the bun halves. Spread mayonnaise evenly on cut sides of bottom bun halves.
  • Place ¾ cup of roasted summer vegetables on each bottom bun half. Now top it with 1 provolone cheese slice and the other bun half.
  • Wrap each sandwich carefully with an aluminum foil and bake it the oven set at 400 degrees Fahrenheit / 200 degrees Celsius until cheese melts.
  • Serve hot.
