Instructions

In a bowl, mix butter, Italian seasoning and garlic.

Spread the mixture evenly on cut sides of the bun halves. Spread mayonnaise evenly on cut sides of bottom bun halves.

Place ¾ cup of roasted summer vegetables on each bottom bun half. Now top it with 1 provolone cheese slice and the other bun half.

Wrap each sandwich carefully with an aluminum foil and bake it the oven set at 400 degrees Fahrenheit / 200 degrees Celsius until cheese melts.
