Ingredients for serving

  • 100 g Chicken breast, low fat 1 x fillet (100g)
  • 100 g Sweet potato, raw, whole 100 x whole (1g)
  • 10 g KASHI, Chicken and Chipotle BBQ ..
  • 17 g Creamy dressing, made with sour .. 1 x tbsp (17g)

Instructions

  • Peel and cut sweet potatoes in slices.
  • Take a bowl and add chicken breast and sweet potatoes.
  • Add sour cream and barbecue sauce together.
  • Pour the marinade on the chicken and sweet potatoes adjust the seasoning.
  • Coat the chicken and sweet potatoes with marinade by mixing well
  • Pour all the ingredients on a greased baking tray and bake for 20-30 minutes or until done.
  • When done remove from the oven and feast on them.
