Instructions

Heat a saucepan on a medium heat. Lightly coat it with cooking spray.

Spread pork pieces evenly on the pan. Add chipotle seasoning blend. Coat all the ingredients evenly with cooking spray.

Cook pork until it becomes brown.

Stir in tomatoes, water and hominy. Bring the mixture to boil.
