Instructions

Take a heavy bottom, deep sauce pan for making the chili or you can use crock pot for this recipe.

Heat oil in the pan and add onions, garlic and chopped jalapenos, stir and cook until translucent.

Add ground beef, chili powder, cumin powder and tomatoes, mix and cook until beef is cooked through.

Add other remaining ingredients, mix and bring to a boil.

Lower the heat, cover and cook for 40 minutes.

Garnish with pineapple chunks and serve hot.
