Ingredients for serving

  • 85 g Beef, ground, 95% lean meat / 5%.. 1 x serving (3 oz) (85g)
  • 165 g Pineapple, raw, traditional .. 1 x cup, chunks (165g)
  • 149 g Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year .. 1 x cup cherry tomatoes (149g)
  • 10 g Onions, raw 1 x tbsp chopped (10g)
  • 100 g Bell pepper (green/yellow/red) 1 x unit (100g)
  • 30 g PACE, Jalapenos Nacho Sliced .. 1 x oz (30g)
  • 7 g chopped Garlic 1 x tbsp (7.15g)
  • 8 g Spices, chili powder 1 x tbsp (8g)
  • 15 g Ground cumin 1 x tbsp (15g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 4 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 1 x tsp (4.5g)
  • 236 g Beef Broth or Bouillon (Canned) 1 x cup (236g)

Instructions

  • Take a heavy bottom, deep sauce pan for making the chili or you can use crock pot for this recipe.
  • Heat oil in the pan and add onions, garlic and chopped jalapenos, stir and cook until translucent.
  • Add ground beef, chili powder, cumin powder and tomatoes, mix and cook until beef is cooked through.
  • Add other remaining ingredients, mix and bring to a boil.
  • Lower the heat, cover and cook for 40 minutes.
  • Garnish with pineapple chunks and serve hot.
