Instructions

Heat a non stick pan over medium heat

Add peanut butter, carrots, green onions, cabbage,salt and black pepper, saute for 1-2 minutes.

Shred the chicken in small pieces.

Add shredded chicken, vinegar, red chili powder, salt and soy sauce.

Mix and cook for 2 minutes.

Remove from the heat.

Warm the tortillas as per the package instruction.

Spoon one table spoon of chicken mixture on the tortillas and roll up tightly.

Serve hot or cold, as you like with tomato sauce.
