Ingredients for serving

  • 42 g Chicken breast, oven-roasted, .. 1 x serving 2 slices (42g)
  • 122 g Carrots, raw 1 x cup strips or slices (122g)
  • 6 g Onions, young green, tops only 1 x tbsp (6g)
  • 5 g Vinegar, balsamic 1 x tsp (5.3g)
  • 32 g Peanut butter, smooth style, .. 1 x tbsp (32g)
  • 6 g Soy sauce made from soy (tamari) 1 x tsp (6g)
  • 2 g Spices, chili powder 1 x tsp (2.7g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 62 g La Tortilla Factory Low Carb .. 1 x 1 Large Tortilla (62g)

Instructions

  • Heat a non stick pan over medium heat
  • Add peanut butter, carrots, green onions, cabbage,salt and black pepper, saute for 1-2 minutes.
  • Shred the chicken in small pieces.
  • Add shredded chicken, vinegar, red chili powder, salt and soy sauce.
  • Mix and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat.
  • Warm the tortillas as per the package instruction.
  • Spoon one table spoon of chicken mixture on the tortillas and roll up tightly.
  • Serve hot or cold, as you like with tomato sauce.
