  • 15 g Whole Wheat Bread 0.5 x slice thin (30g)
  • 1.3 g Lemon juice, raw 0.25 x wedge yields (5g)
  • 0.5 g Lemon rind, grated 0.25 x tsp (2g)
  • 2 g Capers, canned 0.25 x tbsp, drained (8g)
  • 7.5 g Parsley, fresh 0.13 x cup chopped (60g)
  • 0 g Spices, pepper, black 0.25 x dash (0g)
  • 3.3 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 0.25 x tablespoon (13g)
  • 86 g Fish, tuna, white, canned in .. 0.5 x can (172g)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the tuna, lemon juice, lemon rind, capers, parsley, olive oil and pepper.
  • Spread the above mixture evenly on the whole wheat bread. Serve fresh or refrigerate to take away.
