One Pot Turkey Chili

Ingredients for serving

  • 85 g Ground turkey, 93% lean, 7% fat,.. 1 x serving (cooked from 4 oz) (85g)
  • 80 g Peas, green, frozen, cooked, .. 1 x cup (80g)
  • 100 g Bell pepper (green/yellow/red) 1 x unit (100g)
  • 121 g Tomatoes, crushed, canned 1 x cup (121g)
  • 10 g Onions, raw 1 x tbsp chopped (10g)
  • 7 g chopped Garlic 1 x tbsp (7.15g)
  • 298 g CAMPBELL'S Low Sodium Soups, .. 1 x serving 1 container (298g)
  • 1 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking
  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 5 g Spices, pepper, red or cayenne 1 x tbsp (5.3g)
  • 10 g Aroy D Coconut milk
  • 1 g Spices, parsley, dried 1 x tbsp (1.6g)
  • 1 g Spices, thyme, dried 1 x tsp, ground (1.4g)

Instructions

  • In deep pan heat oil to sauté onions and garlic for 2 minutes.
  • Add ground turkey and cook until lightly brown.
  • Add vegetables, tomatoes, spice and herbs and cook while stirring.
  • Add stock and coconut milk stir to mix well.
  • Bring to a boil and lower the heat to simmer for 30 minutes with lid.
  • Remove from the heat and serve hot, garnish with one teaspoon of Greek yogurt.
